Kenya's National Housing Corporation and Epco Builders have joined forces in a joint venture to develop the Stoni Athi Waterfront City in Mavoko, Machakos, Kenya. This expansive project spans 150 acres and encompasses a diverse range of amenities and housing options. It includes 5,000 affordable housing units priced between Ksh1 million and Ksh3 million each, catering to lower-income households, as well as 5,500 units targeting middle and upper-income brackets, ranging from Ksh2 million to Ksh8 million per unit. The development is designed as a mixed-use community, featuring residential, commercial, recreational, educational, and healthcare facilities to meet the needs of its residents.
