The government of Kenya are implementing an Affordable Housing Programme consisting of 960 one-bedroom units 2400 two-bedroom units 1440 three-bedroom units and 560 studio units. The development on a 55-acre parcel of land will also include a community centre kindergarten primary school commercial centre fire station and police station.
