Project Pipeline

The New Bugesera International Airport is currently under construction in Rwanda, situated approximately 23 km southeast of Kigali. Completion of the first phase is planned by mid-2028 

Spanning 2,500 hectares, the airport is planned in two phases. Upon completion of phase one, it will have a 4.2km runway and accommodate 8.2 million passengers and handle 150,000 tonnes of cargo annually. After phase two is finalised, the airport's capacity will increase to 14 million passengers and 300,000 tonnes of cargo per year
