Takoradi Floating Dock Ship Repair Facility, Ghana
Prime Meridian Docks AssetCo Ltd (PMD) is planning to build a modern floating dock ship repair facility in Ghana’s western Takoradi port.
When completed, the facility will house a new 13,500-tonne lift-capacity floating drydock, 30,000 square metres of reclaimed land, a 200-metre jetty, a modern workshop, offices, and heavy marine equipment.
These features will provide world-class ship repair and maintenance services to vessels trading in the Gulf of Guinea, positioning Takoradi as a strategic hub for maritime operations in the region.
