The Cameroon-Chad Transport Corridor project is a transformative regional infrastructure program aimed at modernizing the primary road and rail link connecting Douala Port in Cameroon to N’Djamena in Chad, which serves as Central Africa’s main trade artery for both countries. 
											 
																																								
												The project’s scope includes extensive rehabilitation of highways, enhancement of safety and efficiency for freight and passenger movement, and feasibility planning for a new cross-border railway. The corridor development incorporates major civil works, technical consulting, and trade facilitation improvements, involving ministries of infrastructure and transport from both Cameroon and Chad.
