Beira Port: Corridor Development and Trade Facilitation Phase 2, Madagascar

The Madagascar-Beira Corridor Development and Trade Facilitation Project Phase 2 (PACFC-II) aims to rehabilitate and upgrade approximately 89-93 kilometers of National Road 9 (RN9) between Mandabe and Dabara, a critical transport route in southwest Madagascar that is often impassable for several months each year due to poor condition. 

The scope involves comprehensive technical, environmental, and social studies, preparation of engineering designs, localized agriculture enhancement, and tender documentation.
