LAPSSET Corridor Roads Project, Kenya, Ethiopia & South Sudan
The Lamu Port–South Sudan–Ethiopia Transport Corridor (LAPSSET) is a flagship infrastructure initiative for Kenya (and regional partners) designed to link the Kenyan coast (Lamu Port) with inland areas and neighboring countries (Ethiopia, South Sudan). Road infrastructure is a key “spine” of the corridor, enabling cargo movement to and from the port and unlocking regional trade.
