to rehabilitate and maintain ~15,000 km of rural roads and infrastructure across 11 northern regions (Bafing, Bagoué, Béré, Bounkani, Folon, Gontougo, Hambol, Kabadougou, Poro, Tchologo, Worodougou).
to develop 7,000 km of rural roads
