Project Pipeline

The Nairobi Railway City (NRC) Project is a flagship infrastructure and urban regeneration initiative led by the Government of Kenya, focused on transforming Nairobi’s central business district (CBD) and enhancing urban mobility. The project involves the redevelopment of a large, underutilized area surrounding the Nairobi Central Railway Station into a modern, multimodal transport hub and transit-oriented public space.
