Established under an Act of Parliament in 1997, Zanzibar Ports Corporation (ZPC) is an autonomous parastatal organization responsible for managing, operating, and developing Zanzibar's ports. Operating under the Ministry of Infrastructure and Communication, ZPC is tasked with overseeing the port industry and serving as a key commercial operator to support the region's economic growth.
