Rwanda Transport Development Agency (RTDA)
The Rwanda Transport Development Agency (RTDA), under the Ministry of Infrastructure, oversees and maintains Rwanda's transport infrastructure, including roads, railways, cable cars, and waterways. RTDA implements government policies, manages national road safety and maintenance, develops railway and cable car systems, coordinates construction projects, ensures environmental compliance, supports local entities, collects data, operates weigh-bridges, conducts research, advises on transport strategies, and collaborates internationally to enhance Rwanda's infrastructure.
