The Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Works (Ministère des Infrastructures et Travaux Publics – MITP) is the government body responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining the Democratic Republic of Congo’s infrastructure network. Its mandate covers national roads, bridges, urban development works, and public buildings. The ministry oversees major infrastructure programs in collaboration with the Office des Routes (OdR), international development partners, and provincial authorities to improve transport connectivity and support economic growth across the DRC.
