Airports Company South Africa (the Group) is the owner and operator of South Africa's nine principal airports, which include three international gateways: O.R. Tambo, Cape Town, and King Shaka International Airports. The company also engages in equity investments abroad and offers technical advisory and consultancy services to airports. With the South African Government holding a 74.6% majority stake in the company, it aligns itself with the nation's goals of transformation, sustainable growth, and value creation.
