Ministry of Energy and Water (MINEA), Angola
The Ministry of Energy and Water is headed by His Excellency João Baptista Borges, who was appointed Minister by Presidential Decree nº 200/12, dated 1 October. In carrying out his duties, he is assisted by António Fernandes Rodrigues Belsa da Costa and Manuel Quintino, who were appointed Secretary of State for Energy and Secretary of State for Water, respectively, by Presidential Decree nº 235/22, dated 27 September.
