In 2025, STAM became a subsidiary of TGCC (Travaux Généraux de Construction de Casablanca), following TGCC's acquisition of a 60% stake in the company. This strategic partnership aims to enhance both companies' capabilities in delivering comprehensive construction solutions across Morocco and the broader African continent.
