ZESCO Ltd
ZESCO Limited, a national power utility of Zambia owned by the government, supplies electricity and energy solutions across Zambia and the Sub-Saharan region. The corporation operates throughout the electricity value chain, encompassing generation, transmission, distribution, and supply. Currently generating over 2900 Megawatts (MW) from various hydropower stations, ZESCO aims to significantly enhance its renewable energy capacity, targeting at least 1800MW from renewables within the next decade.
